I’m not the type to get excited over blinds, but seriously, my living room looks amazing with the new blinds Cherie helped me pick out and her incredibly professional associate installed. But what makes me go onto Yelp is the service and value that business owners like Cherie deliver. From the time I first called her to the time my new blinds were installed…10 days. Cherie measured my windows and walked me through the selection process (so many shades of white…it was like wedding planning all over again) in a very brief and pleasant consultation over my lunch break. Her associate Ray called me the very next week to tell me my custom blinds were ready and to set up an installation time – he had no problem dropping by after dinner that night since it worked for me. I got custom-made blinds with a lifetime guarantee and the cell phone number of a friendly lady who can help me if there are any problems down the road…all for $40 more than I would have paid for a lesser brand and more burdensome process at Lowe’s or Home Depot. (Seriously, I priced them out…the estimates were $40 off!) If you think that extra $40 is worth the service, convenience, and quality of product then you definitely need to give these guys a try!
